MANILA, Philippines – The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) reiterated its stance on Thursday regarding Alohi Robins-Hardy, saying the former Cignal playmaker should go through the draft.
In a statement, the PVL said she can play, but she must first fulfill the league’s eligibility requirements: 1) a valid Philippine passport and 2) going through the draft process.
The said draft will take place June next year, the PVL said.
They also added that the teams were informed of the guidelines and were "approved for implementation."
"The guidelines were presented and emailed to all the teams and were duly received and approved for implementation," the PVL said.

Earlier today, the Farm Fresh Foxies held a press conference, appealing to the league to let Robins-Hardy see action in the PVL without going through the rookie selection process.
Farm Fresh owner Frank Lao said he and PVL president Ricky Palou had a "gentleman's agreement," an assurance that Robins-Hardy could play as long as she presents a Philippine passport.
However, during the press conference for the upcoming 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference, commissioner Sherwin Malonzo explained that since Robins-Hardy was not listed with any teams from 2021 up until the recent 2024 Invitational Conference, she won't be eligible to play for Farm Fresh.
