Batanes, Apayao, and Cagayan will experience scattered rains and thunderstorms the whole day. 

Ilocos Norte, Isabela, and the rest of Cordillera will be rainy from midday onwards. 

Meanwhile, warm and humid conditions will prevail across many parts of the country due to the Easterlies blowing from the Pacific.

The agency advised the public to stay hydrated, bring umbrella for shade, take breaks in covered areas, and wear comfortable clothing when going to polling precincts. 

Brief and sudden heavy downpours are also expected in the afternoon or evening due to isolated thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
