Just from its trailer alone, the youth-oriented iWant orginal “Miss Behave” had already generated buzz online for its gripping storyline. The series follows five clever high school girls who plot revenge against the male students they suspect of leaking their intimate photos across campus.
Andrea "Andi" Abaya, who currently plays the tech-savvy April Javier in “Miss Behave,” answered a few fun slambook questions, sharing more about herself.
She was born on January 8, 2002. True to the traits often associated with her zodiac sign, the 24-year-old actress shared that she is a hardworking Capricorn.
Aside from developing a taste for Japanese cuisine, Andi named sushi and garlic butter shrimp as her go-to comfort meals. The lavender-loving actress also revealed her love for anime, with the action-packed “Demon Slayer” topping her list of favorites.
When it came to her most-loved film, she shared that she absolutely enjoyed the 2004 action-comedy classic “White Chicks.” Andrea Portes’ “Anatomy of a Misfit” was the book that immediately came to mind when asked about her favorite read. Spoiler alert: according to Andi, the young adult novel was a heart-wrenching experience.
With her bedroom back at home serving as her comfort space, Andi also revealed that her most-played song lately is Sabrina Carpenter’s “Sugar Talking.” In jest, she jokingly said that lunch break was her favorite subject in school.
Addressing a message to her future self, she encouraged the future Andi to always remember who she is, leaving her with short but heartfelt words: “Laban lang! Kaya mo ‘yan!” The timeless adage “This too shall pass” has also served as her life motto, helping her grow and move forward no matter how tough things get.
She also shared that she excels at organizing things and making her own matcha at home. When it comes to her favorite iWant series, “Love at First Spike” tops her list. The volleyball-themed teleserye made waves online last year, sparking plenty of kilig among Kapamilya viewers.
