Their characters may be faking their love story in the trending iWant original vertical drama series "Will You Fake Marry Me?," but behind the scenes, JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith's chemistry is too real.
The vertical drama series has been sitting comfortably in iWant's Top 10 most-watched shows since its June 30 premiere, and even claimed the No. 1 spot during its debut. Its first five episodes also racked up over 30 million accumulated views in less than three days. And excuse us while we stare at the calendar because Part 2 (Episode 16-30) finally drops this July 15.

In the reel, we get a little peek at how some of the scenes are filmed, with JMFyang joined by their co-stars – Karina Bautista as the secretary who's giving Fyang's character a run for her money, Alyssa Muhlach as the family lawyer, and Matet de Leon as Fyang's super supportive mom. We also spot series director Jojo Saguin as she guides the actors through a few sequences.
The short video alone already has us craving "Ima-Asim," Fyang's homemade vinegar brand in the story. But unlike the 'suka' that brings sourness, JMFyang's moments are nothing but sweet.
They're just out there being their chaotic selves in between takes. While showing us around the set, JM managed to jump-scare Fyang by pulling out a toy rodent, leaving her with the cutest reactions, which she's convinced will turn into memes anytime soon. Well, should that happen, we'd definitely save those adorable screenshots!
The visuals don't stop with JMFyang’s face cards because the set is a total eye feast, too. As they mention at the start of the BTS tour, it's located in Antipolo. It's literally what rom-com dreams are made of! We also get a behind-the-scenes look at how the official poster was photographed.
Not only for the cinematography and chemistry, but the storyline will sure bring you happy feels too. "Will You Fake Marry Me?" follows June (Fyang), an effervescent promodizer trying to survive one bad day after another, who suddenly discovers she's the sole heiress to the fortune of her wealthy distant relative, Don Nato of the Rose clan. But before June can inherit a single peso from the Rose patriarch, she has to marry Ping (JM), his ward.
Part 1 of "Will You Fake Marry Me?" is out now, and the remaining episodes of Part 2 is available for streaming starting July 15—only on iWant, the Home of Filipino feels.
