From simply being an avid viewer of “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal” alongside her mom when she was still a kid, new-gen performer and artist AC Bonifacio had come full circle, for she had the amazing opportunity to join the show’s current season as one of its lucky stars. And in the June 7 episode, she finally got her turn to play after the lucky wheel landed on number 15—her assigned case number.
Like previous celebrity players, she was first quizzed by host Luis Manzano prior to officially beginning her game about what she would do with the P1 million jackpot if she were to win it.
"Every birthday ko po, I try to visit kids who are sick po. And last year, I did visit some in the hospital, and I saw how hard it was for them na, sometimes, they're squeezed into one room pa. So, if this can help in any way for them to be comfortable, 'yon po ang gagawin ko,” she related.
Although he understood everything that she’d said and could also speak English, Luis jokingly pretended to feel dizzy after hearing her story and asked lucky star Negi to elaborate it further.
However, instead of heeding Luis’ request, the comedian simply replied, “Yeah, good for you,” drawing laughter from the studio audience, especially when he added in jest, “Para akong nasusuka.”
