Fueled by their daily struggles from working day and night on the road, fifty (50) TNVS drivers and riders arrived on the set of “Everybody, Sing!” with a clear goal in mind: to secure the community singing game show’s coveted ₱1 million jackpot prize. Their determination and teamwork later came to fruition as their dream of taking home one million pesos was fulfilled during the “Everybody GuesSing” jackpot round.

Introducing herself as Tesla Zaragoza—whose irresistible beauty is said to slow down traffic on EDSA—host Vice Ganda kicked off the Saturday episode by engaging in playful banter with some of the Songbayanang TNVS drivers. The conversation soon highlighted how refreshing it can be to confide in strangers like these drivers and riders.

After energizing themselves with “Mangarap Ka” by AfterImage, the first batch of “songpu” went straight into the “Sing in the Blank” round, where they were tasked with supplying the missing lyrics of Regine Velasquez’s “Never Ever Say Goodbye.” They finished the game with three correct answers, earning an additional six seconds for the jackpot timer.

The “Lights, Camera, ACTSing” stage then challenged the “repre-sing-tatives” of that round to identify the lyrics based on how comedians Petite and Iyah Mina acted them out. Recovering gracefully from their previous showing, they scored nine correct guesses to “Di Bale Na Lang” by Gary Valenciano, adding 18 more seconds to the clock.

Joining the May 30 episode of the Saturday jackpot round “Singko Blanko,” “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition” Kapamilya 2nd Big Placer Ralph De Leon selected four players from the Songbayanang TNVS Drivers to play alongside him. Ralph and his team initially struggled to complete their lyric guesses, even accidentally altering the words of “Forever’s Not Enough” by Sarah Geronimo. They eventually got the hang of it on their fifth and final attempt, earning ₱20,000 for the entire songbayanan.

In the May 31 episode, OPM hitmaker Maki collaborated with the show’s resident band, Six Part Invention, for the “The ChooSing One” round. Presented with two choices, the third set of “songpu” had to determine which options best complemented Maki’s hit song, “Dilaw.” Proving they had what it takes to excel in the Sunday jackpot round, the “repre-sing-tatives” achieved a perfect 10 out of 10 correct answers, adding 20 seconds to their time.

Much like their impressive showing in the previous games, the songbayanan performed well in the next two rounds. Southborder’s “Rainbow” was featured in the “PicSing A Broken Song” segment, where the “songpu” earned an additional 14 seconds on the timer. Later on, the “repre-sing-tatives” advanced through the “ReverSing” stage with eight correctly identified lyrics, earning 32 more seconds from “Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga” by Vina Morales.

Advancing to the Sunday jackpot round with a 91-second time limit, the Songbayanang TNVS Drivers were tasked with completing the “Everybody GuesSing” game by correctly identifying all 10 song titles after listening only to their instrumentals. ₱20,000 would be awarded to the songbayanan for each correct answer and identifying all 10 song titles would earn them the elusive ₱1 million jackpot prize.

Despite a slow start, the Songbayanang TNVS Drivers later picked up the pace in their succeeding attempts, identifying nine song titles with more than 30 seconds still left on the clock. The “Everybody, Sing!” set broke into celebration once the song title “Loveteam” was confirmed as correct.
