Immediately after Jalil (Gerald Anderson) exits Gen. Carillo’s (Bodgie Pascua) residence, Lara (Bela Padilla) is instantly and relentlessly subjected to harsh criticism for being careless.
Gen. Carillo also stresses that Lara has forgotten the lessons he had taught her and that she’s being a failure at the wrong time, particularly during their important missions. As soon as he walks away, Lara suppresses her tears and frustrations and heads back to NLEA.
Upon returning to the headquarters, Lara refuses to waste time and swiftly addresses Jalil’s intrusive actions. With a smooth reply, Jalil plainly explains that he’s only learning about Lara’s secrets and makes clear that she’s not the only person under his watchful eye, signaling an impending interrogation.
