In light of the alarming reports of illegal firearms and gun-related violence growing increasingly prevalent throughout the Philippines, Special Investigations Division: Task Force Alpha, led by head agent Marcus Reyes (Richard Gutierrez), conducts an undercover operation at a local fishing port, seeking to capture an organized crime syndicate.
Marcus, alongside his colleagues, dispersed throughout the vicinity, acting as ordinary individuals. On the other hand, Lara Angeles (Bela Padilla), the supervising agent of the group, assists them remotely, mostly communicating with Marcus by means of his specialized eyeglasses.
He eventually comes across Peklat, the leader of the gun-trafficking syndicate, inside a truck that contained loads of hidden contraband disguised as freshly caught fish traveling in huge ice boxes.
The tension escalates when Marcus and Peklat exchange stern, shady gazes, and as soon as a young boy affiliated with the syndicate hears and quickly discloses Felix’s (Baron Geisler) struggles to contact Marcus, the battle begins.
Moments later, the members of Task Force Alpha manage to narrow down the threats, allowing Lara to redirect Marcus to a fleeing Peklat. However, before Marcus chases him, he first decides to save a terrified child trapped in the crossfire, with the assistance of Oliver Lapena (Geoff Eigenmann).
Resuming his mission straight away, Felix tosses him a new weapon, and Marcus instantly takes control of a motorcycle, accelerating to Peklat. Nearing the end of the fishing port, Peklat holds another child as hostage, but Marcus prevails over him, shooting just enough for Peklat to fail at his escape attempt.
