When you’re used to having the spotlight on you, you sometimes crave the mundane things in life. “What Lies Beneath” actor Jameson Blake longs to bring his family to public destinations they haven’t visited before. He imagines enjoying his privacy in such places, not minding the possibility that people may recognize him.
Jake Cuenca has a similar image in mind. Jake shares, “When I’m in New York, I just walk everywhere. I take the train. I take a taxi.” Public transportation is what he misses doing the most from when he was younger. “I enjoy being normal… and anonymous,” he adds further.
Unlike his character in “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,” Aljur Abrenica envisions exploring carpentry and the craft of woodworks. For Kobie Brown, he would focus on his athletic activities apart from living his usual life.
“Rainbow Rumble” host Luis Manzano pictures pursuing a career entirely different from what he has right now. If his life were simpler, Luis would be making a name for himself in the field of medicine. “Itutuloy ko ‘yung pangarap ko na maging isang doctor,” he admits with a smile.

“Roja” star Kyle Echarri and “What Lies Beneath” talented actor Race Matias both wouldn’t do anything much differently. For Kyle, he confesses that regardless of whether he is famous or not, he often experiences moments of social anxiety when many people are present. On the other hand, Race doesn’t see himself as a person who has attained a level of popularity where his everyday routine has to change.
“PBB Gen 11” alum JM Ibarra doesn’t make a big deal out of his fame. “As long as… masaya ako sa ginagawa ‘ko,” he explains, “As long as nabibigyan ko ng kaligayahan ‘yung family ko, okay na ‘ko du’n—kahit tanggalin na ‘yung kasikatan.”
Elijah Canlas doesn’t actually know if he’s famous. But even then, his attention and focus remain primarily on his family. “Kahit ano man ‘yung estado sa buhay ay bigyan ng atensiyon ‘yung pamilya ko.” His selfless love shows that his family is still one of his main priorities in life.
