Finding Alice (Janella Salvador) inside his secret storage room where he hid all the belongings of his past victims, Edward (Joel Molina) stresses that he had tried to change the evil parts of him, which he had unfortunately inherited from his abusive father.
In the end, he couldn’t control his twisted urges with no one stopping him, not even Christina, who was easily fooled by him. This eventually led him to Ella, the first of his victims.
Days after he had assaulted and murdered Ella, it became the talk of the town, with her parents tirelessly searching for her, unaware of the tragedy that had already befallen them.
Mercilessly, Edward proceeds with his narrative, recounting how the church donation drives granted him an easy way to spot his next targets as well as supplying him with more favorable places to bury their bodies, with no person ever discovering them.
Enraged and appalled, Alice argues that the children he killed deserved to live their futures, deeming Edward a deplorable monster.
Edward responds in bitterness and delight simultaneously, saying that the world finally blessed him after he had suffered the abuse of his father. He strongly believes it was shown through Alice forgetting his abuse, not getting caught after murdering Ella, and Mike (Geoff Eigenmann) passing away in a car crash shortly after realizing Edward’s inhumanity.
