Next up, Arvery went classical with “Narda” by Kamikazee. And IYKYK, that song has pure rocker angst. So hearing it sung like a dramatic piece from a 1700s opera was surprisingly refreshing, thanks to Arvery’s vocal charm.
When Christian came back with Sarah Geronimo’s “Tala” in a pop version, he urged Arvery to sing it with him, as it felt like their ultimate duo anthem, especially the line "umabot tayo hanggang dulo," which low-key mirrors everything they went through on the "TNT" stage. They felt that.
