She may have managed to get away from him with the help of Tanggol (Coco Martin) during her horrifying first encounter with him at the hotel that his family owns, but this time, Ponggay (Maris Racal) was not as fortunate as she failed to escape from Rockyboy (Baron Geisler) when their paths crossed again.
He had initially planned to hurt—or even kill—members of the families of Tanggol’s friends in San Dimas as part of his revenge, but that instantly changed the moment he unexpectedly saw Ponggay. Because of her failure to recognize him, thanks to the quirky costume he wore during their first meeting, as well as her natural instinct to help anyone in need, Rockyboy found it easy to trick her and make her fall into his trap.
Ponggay desperately fought back and tried to break free from his tight grip when he tackled her, but Rockyboy was so strong that she passed out afterwards. The next thing she knew, he had taken him to the same abandoned mansion where he initially brought Tanggol and his group.
She gained consciousness at the shrill screech of the dagger that he had scratched across a metal surface next to her. He grabbed her by the collar of her police uniform and coldly introduced himself as the man whom she had left behind at the hotel. With both of her hands tied, Ponggay could do nothing but scream and sob as he traced the dagger he was holding across different parts of her body. She also confronted him about what he did to her sister, Dimples (Criza Taa), only for him to taunt her further by admitting with cruel satisfaction that he had enjoyed exploiting her.
He then went to lay out his brutal plan against her—which was to kill her by slaughtering her—along with unlocking the equipment that he would use to carry that out. According to him, he would start by chopping every part of her body, followed by crushing her skull, then ripping her internal organs, and eventually feeding her body parts to his dogs.
As he mocked her desperate cries for help, saying that nobody would come to rescue her nor find out that she was there, little did Rockyboy know that Tanggol and his group—who just came from their bloody encounter with the henchmen of the Guerreros and his now-late parents, Divina (Rosanna Roces) and Brando (Anton Vinzon)—had already returned and managed to infiltrate the mansion.
