Instead of giving him a traditional burial ceremony, Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his friends decided to simply put the remains of Oweng (Renz “Baby Giant” Baña) on a small boat and torch it.
As they tearfully watched the boat being swept away by the water current and Oweng being slowly reduced to ashes, Tanggol reminisced on some of the fondest memories that they had shared with him—from those times when their lives were relatively simpler as their barkada made a living as pickpockets in Quiapo to their last moments with him after getting fatally shot by Lucio (Ronnie Lazaro).
Oweng might be small in size,but the void he leaves in them is definitely big.
