As she was supposed to keep the act of lasciviousness that Mayor Miguelito Guerrero (Jake Cuenca) had done to her earlier that day a secret from anyone, especially her family, Ponggay (Maris Racal) was compelled to relay it to Tanggol (Coco Martin) during their conversation when he noticed the sudden change in her mood upon seeing that her father, Mauro (Richard Quan), and her stepmom, Linda (Aleck Bovick), had already arrived at their house.
Ponggay was initially hesitant but upon being nudged by Chona to tell him about what happened, she mustered the strength and courage to tell it to him. She began by recounting how Miguelito asked her to stay with him at the office while he asked Chona to go out and check what was happening at the time outside the city hall. He then requested her to give him a massage, which she strongly objected to at first, arguing that it was no longer part of her job.
However, even though it was completely against her will, Ponggay was left with no choice but to heed his request as she observed that he had already lost his temper. While doing so was already enough to make her feel violated, she was further disgusted when Miguelito touched her and forced himself on her as he attempted to kiss her.
Hearing her story indeed piqued Tanggol, which prompted him to react violently, conveying that the Guerreros really deserved to be jailed and killed because of how corrupt, ruthless, and immoral they are, especially Miguelito. Fighting the urge to cry, Ponggay went speechless and simply nodded in agreement.
The vehement reaction of Tanggol caught the attention of everyone in their house, especially Mauro, who completely went livid upon confirming from Ponggay that Miguelito took advantage of her. But she told him not to worry anymore since she had already taught him a lesson.
When asked what’s going to be her next move, Ponggay declared that she will file a sexual harassment case against him. Knowing how powerful the Guerreros are, Mauro initially discouraged her, but Tanggol came to her defense and asserted that she must pursue it so that the charges against them will pile up and Miguelito will be relieved from his position.
Mauro realized that Tanggol was right—nothing will happen if nobody dares to go against them. Thus, he eventually expressed his support for and willingness to help Ponggay, further imparting to them that he was actually able to capture a video that they could use in filing a lawsuit against the Guerreros.
