Aside from their eighth weekly task, the housemates also had to face another tough challenge this week—to choose who among them are the nicest of them all as part of Kuya’s shocking twist for the next nomination.
He revealed it by putting two gift boxes—one red and one blue—at the pool area, which symbolized “gift of immunity”, or being safe from the upcoming nomination. Four Kapuso and four Kapamilya housemates who will be declared the “pinakamabuti”, or the nicest, are the ones to receive those presents.
This prompted the housemates to have separate discussions about who they think will be given the “gift of immunity” and the most deserving ones to it, until Big Brother summoned them to the confession room one by one to ask regarding their definition of “pagiging mabuti”, or being good, as well as their respective sentiments towards the “gift of immunity”. All of them may want to receive it, but only some of them thought that they were worthy of it, considering the number of violations they had committed over the past weeks.
Once the housemates were done casting their votes on who for them are the nicest, among the names that emerged were Kapuso artists Heath Jornales, Caprice Cayetano, John Clifford, Sofia Pablo, and Anton Vinzon, as well as Kapamilya talents Krystal Mejes, Miguel Vergara, Rave Victoria, Carmelle Collado, and Lella Ford.
