As soon as they arrived at the police station, Rigor (John Estrada) immediately ordered one of his subordinates to deploy more police at San Dimas following the escape of Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his group.
He then turned to the disguised officers of his unit and reprimanded them for their failure to catch Ramon (Christopher de Leon) and Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) even though they had already surrounded San Dimas. As he started to hurl insults and physically assault one of the officers, Hector (Aljur Abrenica) suddenly came into the picture to stop him. Thus, it was he who received the brunt of Rigor’s immense frustration and anger.
Rigor went on to blame Hector for allowing the group of Tanggol to take away Don Julio (Tommy Abuel) and bring him along with them, as well as for calling everyone stupid. This provoked Hector to insult him as well, which absolutely didn’t sit well with Rigor, who threatened to deal with him some other time.
Despite being reminded by Rigor for him not to meddle with his personal matters, his close friend-slash-colleague Mando (Allan Paule) couldn’t help but reprimand him for his violent reaction towards other police officers. As Rigor argued that he has the right to do so since he’s the station commander and it was just his way of disciplining them, Mando advised him that it wasn’t the right way to do it.
Mando further stirred Rigor’s ill temper when he told him that he was just channeling his vexation towards their colleagues, which was something he must not do. Besides, their primary reason for this mission is to catch Ramon and not to fulfill his personal vendetta against them.
A scorching spat sparked between them, in which Rigor furiously told Mando that he didn’t need his opinion and reiterated to him that they’re not friends whenever they are at the precinct. Mando humbly accepted it and apologized to Rigor for overstepping again before walking out of the meeting room.
Meanwhile, Hector has become more determined to topple Rigor and replace him as the chief commander of the Quiapo Police due to the incompetence shown in the special mission.
