After the heartbreaking revelation in Episode 59 of "It's Okay to Not Be Okay," Mia (Anne Curtis) knows now that the truth can’t be undone, and that any day, she might come face-to-face with her mother.
In Episode 60, the mansion gate stands open, hinting that someone may have entered. Patrick (Joshua Garcia) rushes inside, hoping it’s Mia who has returned. But the door is locked. Instead, he finds a "gift" left behind by an anonymous person. He opens it and finds a copy of Mia’s book, "Ang Malaking 'Ahhh' ni Dalagita."
AHHH! AHHH! AHHH! 'Nanay, nanay, nasaan ka? Bumalik ka at ako ay 'yong isama.'
After reading the book, Patrick is startled to find a handwritten note at the very end of it, which reads, "Ito ang pinakapaborito ko sa lahat ng libro mo. Patrick realizes there’s only one person capable of writing such a message—Ingrid.
Meanwhile, at the compound, Jason (Francis Magundayao) finds Madeth (Xyriel Manabat) being pressured by her brother to quit her job at Vincent (Enchong Dee)’s publishing house since she’s not earning anything from it. He even orders her to steal Vincent and Mia’s belongings instead and sell them for money. When Madeth refuses, her brother becomes aggressive, forcing Jason to step in and defend her by punching his brother.
As Madeth tends to Jason’s injured hand to prevent it from swelling, she breaks into tears as it's the first time someone has ever defended her. The moment stills when Jason casually tells her that he did it because she’s important to him, before reality cuts back in as Madeth’s phone rings. It’s Vincent, asking her to return to Manila to help him dig through a dumpsite as Mia threw away the manuscript of Ingrid’s final book after Vincent refused to publish it as a replacement for the one she no longer plans to write.
Vincent knows Ingrid’s book would be a huge success and could easily hit the jackpot, but he says Mia matters more. What’s funny, though, is that Madeth actually finds the manuscript later on and keeps it a secret from Vincent, wanting to let him go frantic looking for it until he learns to treat her better instead of always thinking about money.
Back at the restaurant where Mia and Vincent talked, Mia has no idea that Patrick is waiting for her outside. Wasting no time, Patrick forgives her right away, knowing that she’s been keeping her distance because of the guilt she feels for her mother’s crime. Patrick tells her he’ll keep forgiving her for as long as it takes, because they shouldn’t be torn apart by a sin that isn’t theirs to carry. He kisses her, and that’s all it takes for Mia to gather her courage and decide to return to Maravida with Patrick, much to Matmat (Carlo Aquino)’s joy when they arrive.
Mia is finally ready to face Olivia (Maricel Laxa) and Eden (Agot Isidro), whom Patrick suspects could be Ingrid, based on Zelda (Ana Abad-Santos)'s description and the behavior he’s observed from the two nurses toward Samuel (Michael de Mesa).Their search begins at OK Hospital, where Doc Anok (Bobot Mortiz) reports that Eden has gone AWOL and can no longer be contacted since the day the butterfly appeared on Matmat’s mural. Patrick starts connecting the dots, realizing that the butterfly’s appearance came right after Samuel’s death, as though each event is tied to the other.
They later visit Eden’s house, where they find her “son,” Vio (Raven Rigor), crying, saying Eden left him and told him not to look for her anymore since he already knows he isn’t her biological child. Just like that, Eden abandoned Vio.
When Patrick and Mia return to the mansion, a loud thud from the underground room stops them. Suspense hangs thick in the air as Patrick slowly opens the door where a swarm of butterflies escapes. It dawns on them that Ingrid might be behind this, or if she has an accomplice, the only possible suspect is the mansion’s caretaker, Mang Dipong.
With the help of local community leaders, Patrick tracks down Mang Dipong’s house. He breaks in to look around and finds a jacket, which looks exactly like the one worn by Olivia’s accomplice who took Samuel from OK Hospital.
Who really is Ingrid?
