K-pop sensation aespa has kept the momentum going by releasing a music video for their collaboration "Switchblade" featuring American singer and rapper Ty Dolla $ign, shortly after sharing the stage with him at Lollapalooza.

The music video for "Switchblade," which has amassed more than 6.4 million views on YouTube since its release on Tuesday, features members Karina, Giselle, Winter and Ningning in a school setting, with Ty Dolla $ign also making an appearance.

The release came after the 44-year-old artist made a surprise appearance during aespa's set at Lollapalooza, which marked the quartet's debut at the Chicago music festival and the first live performance of "Switchblade" together.

In a statement, Ty Dolla $ign described performing with aespa as "an incredible experience."

"So proud of how far they’ve come. Watching their journey and seeing them own a stage like this is truly inspiring," he said.

Speaking about their Lollapalooza debut, aespa said: "It was such an honor to take the stage in Chicago."

"Hearing the crowd sing along and cheer throughout the set gave us so much energy, and we had an incredible time performing," the group said in a joint statement, adding that they hope to carry that same energy into their upcoming world tour.

For their Lollapalooza set, aespa dished out hits including "Supernova," "Armageddon" and "Whiplash," along with tracks from their sophomore album "Lemonade," which was released in May.

Notably, "Switchblade" is also featured on the 11-track "Lemonade," which includes the title track of the same name and the pre-release "WDA (Whole Different Animal)" featuring BIGBANG's G-Dragon.
