BTS has added another feather to their cap after setting a new record on Spotify.
The music streaming platform announced that the group’s "Normal" music video became the most-streamed K-pop music video within a single day in Spotify history following its July 17 premiere.
Fans were quick to celebrate the milestone online.
"Always a source of pride for ARMY 💜," one fan commented.
"LETS GOOOOOOOO ARMY KEEP SWIMMING 💜," another fan wrote.
BTS premiered the music video for "Normal" exclusively on Spotify on July 17, with the video remaining exclusive to the platform for 48 hours.
Directed by Ukrainian filmmaker Tanu Muiño, the video offers an intimate look at the members as it follows them through a late-night party and the quiet morning that follows.
"It captures what life looks like for the artists when they’re finally out of the spotlight and taking a moment for themselves," Spotify said in a press release.
"Normal" is part of BTS’ latest album, Arirang, which was released on March 20.
Composed of RM, Jin, Suga, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook, BTS is currently headlining the Arirang world tour, which will make a stop in the Philippines on March 13, 14, and 16, 2027.

The group last performed in the country on May 6 and 7, 2017, for BTS Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour in Manila at the Mall of Asia Arena. Before that, they staged BTS Live On Stage: Epilogue in Manila at the same venue on July 30, 2016.
BTS first met their Filipino fans during BTS Live Trilogy in Manila: Episode II – The Red Bullet, held at the Mall of Asia Arena on December 7, 2014.
More recently, member j-hope returned to Manila in April 2025 for his Hope On The Stage concert.
Meanwhile, BTS is set to take the stage at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on July 19 as one of the headliners of the FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show alongside Madonna, Justin Bieber, and Shakira.
