Girl groups KATSEYE, LE SSERAFIM and ILLIT — all under South Korean entertainment giant HYBE — are joining forces for a collaboration single set for release on June 12.

The three acts will release the single "Iconic By Mistake" on June 12, according to an announcement shared late Sunday on their respective social media accounts.

Ahead of the song's official release, the music video will premiere at midnight on June 11 KST (11 p.m. on June 10 in the Philippines). The groups are also set to perform the track later that day on the Korean music show "M Countdown."

All three groups are managed by labels of HYBE, the company behind K-pop supergroup BTS and other popular boy bands such as SEVENTEEN, Tomorrow X Together and ENHYPEN.

KATSEYE is co-managed by American record label Geffen Records and features a multinational lineup of members, including the Philippines’ Sophia Laforteza.

The group won New Artist of the Year at the recent American Music Awards, as well as Best Music Video for "Gnarly" and Breakthrough Pop Artist.

Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM and ILLIT, which debuted in 2022 and 2024, respectively, are composed of Korean and Japanese members and have since released a string of catchy singles.

LE SSERAFIM recently released its sophomore album "Pureflow Pt. 1," led by the single "Boompala," while ILLIT dropped the EP "Mamihlapinatapai," fronted by the track "It's Me."
