MANILA -- Gelo of BGYO is featured in a song by Vietnamese star Vũ Thảo My, marking a cross-cultural collaboration between the Filipino pop star and the Vietnamese artist.
Titled "Zealous," the track was released on April 21 with an English version scheduled to follow on April 24, according to announcements on Vũ Thảo My's social media accounts.
The single was dropped alongside a music video, which the Vietnamese artist also teased on her social media pages.
Gelo, whose full name is Gelo Rivera, debuted in 2021 as the leader of Star Music's boy band BGYO.
In February, the five-member BGYO dropped the single "Fresh."
Beyond music, Gelo has expanded into acting, starring in the 2025 film "The Four Bad Boys and Me." He is also slated to headline the upcoming microdrama "The Chambermaid's Daughter" alongside Alexa Ilacad.
