MANILA — From the Mojave tent to respective watch parties back home in the Philippines, Blooms who tuned in to BINI’s historic Coachella debut cheered on the group’s powerhouse performance and proudly celebrated a moment of Pinoy pride.
“Sobrang proud sa girls, nilayag nila bandera ng Pilipinas,” Joan Reyes, who attended a watch party in Quezon City said.
“Sobrang proud po maging Pinoy,” Cyber Reyes added.
Blooms lauded the polished production numbers. They also praised the new song “Blush.”
“Nagulat ako sa bagong areglo nila, dance breaks. Doon napatunayan marami pa ipapakita at ibubuga. Hindi lang sa Philippines, pati sa world,” Cyber explained.
“Yung dance break binago nila para ma-amaze lahat. Ang ganda ng ‘Blush’ parang sisterhood ng ‘Bikini’. Sakto sa Coachella,” Joan enthused.
Bloom couple Jordan and Kai Bajamon admitted they became emotional watching BINI make their mark on the international stage.
“Sobrang na-proud lang. Nakakaiyak kasi yung pinagdaanan nila naalala mo. Nakakaproud nakarating sa Coachella. Tas ang dami bago,” Jordan reasoned.
“Ang galing sobra! And sobrang nakaka-proud to the point nakakaiyak,” Kai added.
Team Bloom also organized watch parties across the metro — including Taguig and Cavite.
A watch party with ABS-CBN Music artists for BINI's debut at Coachella was also held.
