Kapuso actress Gabbi Garcia looked back on her journey as a host of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 as the reality show gears up for its Big Night, reflecting on an experience she described as "deeply personal."
Known fondly on the show as the “Kapuso It Girl ni Kuya,” Gabbi was the first Kapuso to join the roster of PBB hosts, later joined by fellow Kapuso Mavy Legaspi. Together, they hosted both the first and second seasons of the edition along with other Kapamilya hosts.
In an Instagram post on February 26, Gabbi opened up about the many milestones she marked inside Bahay ni Kuya, moments that turned the set into something like a second home.
“I celebrated my birthday inside the PBB house. Spent Christmas and New Year there. I even brought my mom to the house for the first time,” she wrote.
She went on to recall a collection of playful and emotional moments that defined her days on the show.
“From kuya Luis’s (Manzano) Sunday kantahan sessions (yes opo may concert siya sa dressing room every week 😅), to Robi (Domingo) sharing the news about their pregnancy, to crying to Ate B (Bianca Gonzalez) and receiving her advice, hanggang sa kulitan at sayawan every eviction night with Pamilya ni Kuya 🙈😂”
“Our little weekend crew with Ate B & Kuya Luis. The endless harutan with Robi. The laughter, the tears, the in-between moments that only we got to share! 🥹🤍,” she continued.
As the season draws to an end, Gabbi wrote: “Hay. I will miss all of this.”
“PBB will always be deeply personal to me, not just because of the show, but because of the people in it. 💙,” Gabbi ended.

Her reflections were met with warmth and humor from her fellow hosts.
“Ang aga ng entry sa essay writing exercise!!! Ikaw ang first pass your paper this edition! 😂🙌❤️,” Bianca Gonzalez playfully commented. Adding, “will always be a listening ear and shoulder to cry on, may season man o wala! ❤️”
Meanwhile, Luis Manzano chimed in with his signature humor, writing, “Hahahahahahaha may ganyan pala!!! Hahahahaha ...tribute post ba sa akin 'to hahahaha.”
The Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 Big Night airs on Saturday, February 28, marking the end of the season.
Outside the PBB house, Gabbi is also celebrating a personal milestone. The actress recently marked nine years with her boyfriend, singer-actor Khalil Ramos.
The couple shared glimpses of their journey on Instagram, featuring memories from trips to London, Japan, Paris, among others.
“Still crazy after all these years 🖤 Our 9th year in photos️,” the couple wrote.
