Angelica Panganiban and Zanjoe Marudo are set to star in the upcoming Prime Video series The Silent Noise, which will also introduce KD Omalin.
Produced by ABS-CBN Studios, the series follows the story of "when a body is found in their small town, a deaf son must face the truth he's suppressed, risking the fragile truce his family fought to keep," as per the press release.
The series "dives deep into the fragile balance between truth and reputation, guilt and conscience, and the heavy cost of accountability within a splintered family."
Beyond the mystery at its core, The Silent Noise examines the emotional weight of parenting amid uncertainty. It portrays how silence can both shield and shatter relationships, and how the pursuit of truth can ultimately test the foundations of love and loyalty.
The series is directed by Onat Diaz (The Alibi) and will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on March 20 in the Philippines and in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

Angelica and Zanjoe recently headlined the Metro Manila Film Festival entry, UnMarry. The movie centers on a couple navigating the complexities of their annulment.
"Noong nabasa ko 'yung script, para siyang calling. Na parang kung sa akin ito ibinibigay, kailangan ko itong panindigan. Kailangan ko maging boses ng mga babae, ng kahit na sino na may pinagdadaanan, ng freedom nila. Kasi naniniwala ako na ang freedom, deserve nating lahat kapag hinihingi na talaga ng pagkatao mo," Angelica remarked on why she chose to do the film.
Zanjoe admitted he initially thought that UnMarry would center solely on annulment, but his interest grew when he learned he'd be reuniting with Angelica and that their roles had an unexpected twist.
"Nung umpisa siyempre parang annulment, madami ng storya na napanuod na hiwalayan. Pero nung nalaman ko itong istorya, hindi kami mag-asawa ni Angelica, na-excite ako kasi parang bago. So parang makaka-relate yung tao, hindi lang sa isang couple. Kumbaga, sa lahat ng characters, yung pinagdadaanan ko na hinihiwalayan at pinagdadaanan ni Angelica na nakikipaghiwalay," he stated.
