Fans of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition are in for an early treat with the release of the much-anticipated teaser for The Secrets of Hotel 88, a new mystery-thriller series produced by Star Creatives.
The series brings together former PBB housemates Brent Manalo, River Joseph, Bianca De Vera, Kira Balinger, Esnyr, Xyriel Manabat, and Ralph de Leon, alongside Sparkle stars Mika Salamanca, AZ Martinez, Dustin Yu, Josh Ford, and Will Ashley, marking their first project together in the latest collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA Network.

The video quickly gained traction online, amassing over 1.5 million views on Star Creatives’ Facebook page and 3.1 million views on Instagram, as of this writing.
The teaser introduces a dark and mysterious storyline centered on a hotel with hidden secrets waiting to be uncovered. While the full plot remains under wraps, one key scene shows Mika, Bianca, Josh, and River confronting Brent, Will and Ralph over a piece of land on a private island.
“Gusto namin bilhin yung parte niyo,” Mika said.
Will answered, “Sino naman may sabi na magbebenta kami?”
“Saksak mo iyang pera mo sa baga mo,” Brent emphasized that led to the brawl between the two families.
Another scene also escalates into a violent clash with unknown men, ending with Brent hanging from what appears to be a cliff, as Will’s voice is heard saying,: “Ang sabi mo mayroon tayong dapat malaman. Kung mawawala sa atin itong hotel, hindi natin iyon malalaman.”
The teaser closes with a chilling image of a man dragging a black bag soaked in blood, leaving viewers guessing about what truly happened inside Hotel 88.
“Ang gusto namin ay malaman yung totoo,” Ralph said in a voice over.
Fans quickly took to social media to share theories and excitement over the series.
“I think Ralph, Brent, and Will Ashley are siblings here, and they’re trying to uncover the secrets of Hotel 88. SEATED ALREADY! #WillAshley,” a fan wrote on X.

Others praised the teaser’s massive online reach, with one fan noting, “The trailer of The Secrets of Hotel 88 is trending everywhere! Just look at the views—amazing! Congratulations to all the housemates!”
Aside from the former housemates, the series also stars veteran actors Dominic Ochoa, Gardo Versoza, and Ina Raymundo.
Members of the cast also expressed their excitement in the comment section.
“ETO NA 🔥,” Brent commented.
Esnyr added, “AYAN NA AYAN NAAA.”
“LET’S GOOOOOOO,” Bianca said.
River teased, “what’s the secret? 🤔🤔”

The Secrets of Hotel 88 was first announced last year following the successful run of PBB Celebrity Collab Edition. In earlier interviews with PUSH ABS-CBN, cast members Mika, Brent, and River shared their experiences working on the series.
Mika admitted feeling pressure to prove herself beyond PBB. “Sa Hotel 88 naman, doon napi-pressure ako kasi ayaw ko po mabansagan na lumabas lang ng PBB na nagkaroon lang ng project kaya ako napressure po talaga na talaga umattend ng workshops. Mayroon po akong solo workshops na ako yung focus kasi sabi ko kailangan ko ibigay sa tao yung ine-expect po talaga nila kaya may pressure.”
Brent teased that viewers will see a different side of the former housemates: “Naka-two cycles na kami actually and marami talagang kailangan abangan talaga. Siguro ibang PBB housemates yung makikita niyo rito. Kung tingin niyo, nakita niyo na lahat sa loob ng bahay ni Kuya, may ipapakita pa kami na hindi niyo pa nakikita sa PBB house.”
River, meanwhile, highlighted how the demanding taping schedule helped them grow as actors. “I’m very blessed to be part of Hotel 88 kasi first time for me to be part of the main cast talaga and sa teleserye and feeling ko, dahil sa serye na maraming taping days na almost every day we are shooting, we will all come out as best actors kasi dito ang dami naming natutunan.”
The Secrets of Hotel 88 is set to premiere in the first quarter of 2026.
