MANILA -- Actor Aljur Abrenica bid farewell to "FPJ's Batang Quiapo" on Tuesday, four months after he was introduced to the series as PLT. Hector Victorino.
In the show’s 761st episode, Abrenica’s character was killed by the protagonist Tanggol (Coco Martin) after he and his men attempted to capture Tanggol on orders of incumbent mayor Miguelito (Jake Cuenca).
The high-action episode drew 599,997 concurrent viewers from Kapamilya Online Live, Dreamscape Entertainment shared.
Dreamscape Entertainment and CCM Film Productions also expressed gratitude to Abrenica for being part of "Batang Quiapo."
Abrenica's exit to "Batang Quiapo" follows the death of another major character, Rockyboy, portrayed by Baron Geisler, who also joined the action-drama September last year.

Now in its third year, FPJ’s Batang Quiapo airs on weeknights at 8 p.m. on Kapamilya Channel and ALLTV2, and streams on iWant. It is also available on A2Z, Kapamilya Online Live, and TFC.
