Kapamilya personalities and programs once again earned the trust of Filipino families as they were honored at the Anak TV Seal Awards 2025, an annual recognition given to child-friendly celebrities and TV programs that promote positive values for the youth.
This year’s roster of Makabata Star Television male awardees include Donny Pangilinan, Darren Espanto, Joshua Garcia, Marco Masa, Jiggy Manicad, and Joshua Dionisio, alongside other well-loved figures such as Andres Muhlach, Chris Tiu, David Licauco, Vico Sotto, and Will Ashley.
Pangilinan expressed his gratitude, saying, “This is a great organization, a great movement to be part of. Sobrang nakakatulong talaga sa mga kabataan natin at sa Pilipinas, so I’m so grateful and really blessed.”
Kapamilya young superstar Belle Mariano led the female honorees, along with Aiah Arceta, Ashtine Olviga, Ayra Mariano, Barbie Forteza, Gabbi Garcia, Leni Robredo, Liza Soberano, Melai Cantiveros, and Shaira Diaz.
Mariano, moved by the recognition, shared, “Nakakatuwa… I grew up kasi na apat ‘yung mas nakababatang kapatid ko and syempre gusto ko maging good example to them. I’m so grateful that I was given this award and hopefully I’m gonna use this platform to inspire the younger generation to just keep believing in themselves and to have hope in their hearts.”

This year’s Net Makabata Star Male list included Donny Pangilinan, Kyle Echarri, BGYO, Albert Martinez, Brent Manalo, Christian Bables, Daniel Razon, JM Ibarra, and Will Ashley.
Echarri emphasized the importance of his platform, saying, “It’s a privilege to be able to inspire the youth. As cliche as it sounds, children are our future, and to be able to be part of that importante sa trabaho natin ‘yun.”
For the Net Makabata Star Female category, winners included Alexa Ilacad, Anji Salvacion, Arlene Razon, Bianca De Vera, BINI, Caprice Cayetano, Fyang Smith, Kai Montinola, Mika Salamanca, and Rain Celmar.
The Anak TV Awards also recognized shows that consistently promote positive Filipino values. The Top 10 Favorite Programs included:

Programs that championed safe and values-oriented content online were also honored, including: :"Patrol ng Pilipino" (ABS-CBN), "Stop Bullying" (PTV)m "Ba Tama" (PTV), "Pinoys At Sea" (GMA), "Hanap ng Pusong Global Pinoys" (GMA), "Global Pinoy Unlimited" (GMA) and "KDR TV: Kristiano Drama" (UNTV).

Two well-loved figures Robi Domingo and Alden Richards were elevated to the Anak TV Hall of Fame.
Domingo shared his heartfelt gratitude: “I had hope for this… siyempre becoming Makabata Star for years. But to be part of the Hall of Fame, it’s not just recognition it’s a milestone. So I just really want to thank ABS-CBN.”
ABS-CBN programs that earned the prestigious Anak TV Seal were: "Goin’ Bulilit," "It’s Showtime," "My Puhunan: Kaya Mo!," "Pilipinas Got Talent Season 7," and "Rainbow Rumble,."
Knowledge Channel also brought home multiple Anak TV Seals for its educational and values-based content. Awarded programs include: "Agrikids," "EcoPlay," "Estudyantipid," "Kasaysayan TV," "Payong K!lusugan," Siklo ng Enerhiya" and "Wikaharian."
Knowledge Channel president and CEO Rina Lopez highlighted the importance of the recognition, saying, “We’re very thankful to Anak TV and to the children and families that have recognized our shows. This is more than an award it’s a promise to Filipino families that they will continue to have safe, enriching, and values-centered shows.”
