MANILA -- The future looks bright for the eight full-length films competing in the Puregold CinePanalo Film Festival, since the agreement with Terminal Six Post (T6) has already been confirmed.

Puregold CinePanalo's partnership with Terminal Six Post (T6) strengthens the company's commitment to delivering world-class Filipino storytelling not only in theaters, but also in Filipino homes around the world.

The studio, known for its comprehensive suite of services, including editing, sound design, color grading, visual effects, and film distribution, will ensure that Puregold CinePanalo films not only meet, but exceed, the rigorous standards required by streaming platforms such as Netflix and Prime Video.

T6 is a premier post-production house with an established track record of excellence, having produced over 160 films and series for cinemas and global streaming platforms.

To support the initiative, T6 has promised to offer exclusive discounted rates on its cutting-edge services to the eight full-length films participating in Puregold CinePanalo, as well as to oversee each film's final assembly and Digital Cinema Package (DCP) creation, including quality assurance (QA) that the films are technically ready for theatrical and digital streaming.

Chad Vidanes, chairman of Terminal Six Post, enthusiastically expressed their thoughts on this partnership, saying, “We laud the effort of Puregold CinePanalo and want to be part of the creation of beautiful and heartwarming Filipino films. It has always been part of our goal to produce technically excellent work, and this is another opportunity to do that meaningfully and share it on such a large scale, in the cinema and through streaming platforms."

Puregold is also really pleased for this collaboration. Puregold senior marketing manager Ivy Hayagan-Piedad stated, “We believe that the films of Puregold CinePanalo should be no less than excellent as they carry within them the narratives of Filipino joy and culture. So we thank T6 for generously sharing their competence and expertise with us, helping our films reach an even wider audience.”

In addition, T6 will hold a one-day post-production workshop for filmmakers, covering important themes including long-term preservation and preparing films for promotion and distribution following their festival run.

As part of the agreement, Terminal Six Post will be mentioned in the closing credits of all participating films, and special awards will be given to chosen festival participants.

Puregold CinePanalo strives to help the Filipino film industry by offering cash grants and other possibilities, such as a spectacular Awards Night and unique awards in many categories, to highlight the work of amateur and professional filmmakers.

This year, the project will provide full production funding for eight full-length films, allowing rising talent to shine and improving the Philippine filmmaking environment.

Meanwhile, 25 promising student filmmakers will each be awarded a P150,000 short film production grant.

The film festival also recently teamed with another industry giant, CMB Film Services, Inc., which agreed to provide P1,000,000 in equipment rental to the eight selected Puregold CinePanalo full-length films.
