Filipino-American singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo launched Tuesday a music festival featuring an all-women lineup, including girl group KATSEYE, which includes homegrown talent Sophia Laforteza.
On her Facebook page, the "drop dead" hitmaker announced Daisy Chain Fields, which will be held at Great Park in Irvine, California on August 29.
"I’ve had a dream of doing this festival for years and I am so ecstatic its finally coming true!!" Rodrigo wrote in the post.
She added that "100 percent of the net proceeds will go to charities dedicated to advancing and advocating for women and girls."
The lineup, Rodrigo noted, "is truly insane and full of my heroes and friends."
The roster of performers include Rodrigo, drag-inspired singer Chappell Roan, rapper Doechii and the multinational girl group KATSEYE. Special guests include Karen O, Sarah McLachlan and Stevie Nicks.
In a separate social media post, KATSEYE said they were "grateful" to be part of the festival.
The group also thanked Rodrigo for including them in the lineup, adding that the singer "inspire us every day!!".
Rodrigo recently released her third album "you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love."
