SB19 is set to make history as the first Filipino boy group to take the stage at Lollapalooza 2026 this July.

In a recent intimate media conference, the P-pop powerhouse opened up about how their preparations are coming along.

“(When it comes to) mga preparations, to be honest, may mga idea na kami in mind what to perform sa Lollapalooza and the upcoming Summer Sonic (Festival). But I think we're more focused now sa upcoming concert namin on the 18th. Kasi we want to focus there muna. Kasi ito yung pinakamalaki by far,” Stell shared.

He went on to share how massive and intense their upcoming Wakas at Simula concert is turning out to be.

“Super challenging for us na production ng concert, scale ng tao, even guests namin, international acts. So we want to focus dun muna para maging successful, na yun naman talaga yung goal is to make it a big scale and talagang pasabog. Doon namin siya gustong ibigay para matapos na yung story namin noong nag-kick-off kami,” he revealed.

Even so, Stell assured supporters and the whole Filipino community that they will make the country proud at Lollapalooza.

“Yung pasilip, wala pa talaga—unless iba yung gusto n’yong performance na masilip,” he joked. “But yeah, Looking forward kami sa mapapakita namin and we will make sure na maging proud ang lahat and masasabi niyong deserve kami doon sa stage na yun,”

He also added that they are keen to see and meet other popular acts.

“Actually, kung may gusto kaming ma-meet na foreign act, si Pablo daw,” Stell teased. “Pero honestly, lahat nilu-look forward namin. For us, being part of such a big festival is already something to celebrate. Yung ma-invite pa lang to be part of that show, malaking bagay na for us, so we’re very thankful.”

Stell said it’s also an opportunity to introduce their group and represent what Filipinos are made of.

“It's our opportunity as well to meet them, to introduce our team SB19, and to show them what the Philippines is all about when it comes to performing and what the Philippines is all about when it comes to showing our talent, our skills,” he expressed.

Ahead of Lollapalooza, supporters can catch SB19 at their upcoming Wakas at Simula concert on April 18. Set to be their biggest show yet, it will take place at the SMDC Festival Grounds and will mark the finale of their concert trilogy.

Japanese boy group BE:FIRST will also join the lineup, following their collaboration on “Toyfriend.”
