SB19’s Pablo, whose real name is John Paulo Nase, is stepping into another leadership role as the new president of 1Z Entertainment.
In a press release, the company shared that from serving as its founding chief executive officer, Pablo will transition into a role focused more on shaping its artistic vision.
“Founding CEO Pablo Nase will transition to President, where he will focus his efforts on the company’s artistic vision and the creative evolution of the 1Z artist roster,” they wrote.
Pablo highlighted the need to welcome leaders who align with their vision and bring valuable expertise to the table.
“Building 1Z from the ground up alongside my fellow artists has been one of my proudest achievements. As we grow, it’s essential to bring in leaders who share our passion for Filipino music and have the expertise to scale our operations,” he expressed.
Meanwhile, Julian de Dios, also known as Yani and the brother of Justin, takes on the CEO role after previously serving as the company’s chief operating officer.
“After four years of driving the company's growth, Julian de Dios has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO),” the company announced.
Joining them is newly appointed general manager Celine Ferros, a music industry executive.
In a statement, Celine emphasized that the company remains committed to being artist-driven while championing Filipino music.
“1Z Entertainment continues to redefine the achievements attainable for a home-grown artist management, on both a local and international scale. Because 1Z was built by artists for artists, our purpose is unified: to provide unwavering support for local talent. We are deeply committed to championing Filipino music,” she said.
Further strengthening the new leadership team are other industry professionals Meya Cortez, Leah Gonzales, Iana Forbes, and Gallahan East.
P-pop supergroup SB19 officially launched its own company, 1Z Entertainment, in October 2023. The company has since managed the group following its departure from ShowBT Philippines in the same year.
