Comedians and former Banana Sundae co-stars Pokwang and Pooh will be mounting a new comedy show next month titled #PoohKie. Presented by StageNova Entertainment and CCC Productions headed by director Marvin Caldito and Calvin Chua, the “PoohKwang” tandem are set to entertain audiences on February 8, at 8 p.m. at The Music Museum.
Joining them is Chad Kinis who will also be with the two in Dubai on February 15, 2025 at Sheikh Rashid Auditorium for their first international show. They are also going on a US and Canada tour from July to August of 2025.

PUSH reached out to Pokwang on her thoughts about working with Pooh again. “Siyempre, ito na nga very, very excited ang lola mo dahil finally natuloy na rin ito. Actually last year pa ito dapat kaya lang di lang magkatagpo tagpo ang schedule, yun un. And excited ako sa muling reunion namin ni Pooh, ung Poohkwang na ngayon ay hashtag Poohkie,” she said.
On working onstage with Chad, she said, “Kay Chad, buti nga napagbigyan kami sa kabila ng napakabusy din ni Chad. Dati siya ung nagsusulat ng mga materials ko sa comedy pero ngayon finally makakasama na rin namin siya sa aming show. Very, very special guest namin siya and malaking partisipasyon din talaga si Chad.”
Pokwang expressed how grateful she is to be starting the new year with this new project. “And very, very thankful sa paumpisang biyaya ng 2025. Poohkie, di ba?” She also invited fans to watch their show. “Thank you sana manood kayo at simulan natin ng tawanan, halakhakan ang 2025. Ganern.”
It was in 2008 when Pooh and Pokwang first teamed up for what would become the longest-running series of live comedy shows. With the pandemic and the lockdowns, this will be the first time that the duo will be reunited onstage in years.
