Ryan Morales Reyes, popularly known as Ninong Ry, opened up about his fitness journey.

In an Instagram post, the content creator shared that he started working out last year through the home gym he set up.

"Nag-start ako mag-gym November last year. Primarily to gain strength, secondary ang pagpapayat. Tapos kamakailan lang, nagpa coach ako kay @rafstrength na 5x national power lifting champion, among other things," he wrote.

Ninong Ry admitted that he was initially apprehensive about posting about his workout sessions online, but eventually realized that his journey might inspire others, too.

He started sharing his fitness journey through Instagram Stories and to his delight, he was able to receive massive support from netizens.

'Kaya mo yan ninong!' 'tuloy mo lang ninong!' 'ninong nag start din ako dahil sayo!' sobrang nakakatuwa," he stated.

The content creator lost 17 kilograms since he started his fitness journey. He also relayed that his strength significantly improved.

Mas masaya ako," he shared.

Ninong Ry concluded his post with some words of encouragement for those who aim to start their fitness journey.
