Celebrity couple Coco Martin and Julia Montes shared a glimpse of their upcoming Kapamilya series, Sigabo. The photo showed the two enjoying an in-between of their takes for the highly-anticipated series which will replace the top-rated action-drama FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.
Coco and Julia will be headlining Sigabo, which will begin airing this coming March 16, just a few days after the end of Batang Quiapo.

In the photo, the Kapamilya actress can be seen sitting inside a car while the Kapamilya actor, who was sporting long hair, was standing beside it.
Sigabo is a mix of action, comedy, and romance that will be enjoyed by families who have come to love the acting and storytelling of Coco throughout his various hit series. In a previous interview with TV Patrol, he shared how this will be the first time that they’ll make a lighthearted series –– steering in a different direction from the usual action-packed drama that he is known for.
“Naghihintay ako ng right project para sa pagsasama namin ni Julia. Si Juls ngayon, pukpukan ang training. Nag-aaral siya ngayon ng sa baril, ng fight, sa motor. Inakma namin ‘yung kwento na talagang fit para sa amin, sa estado namin ngayon. First time namin magla-light. Pasasayahin naman natin ‘yung mga tahanan gabi-gabi,” Coco previously said.

He also expressed how there would be comedians in the series and they would have a different experience every week.
“Halos lahat ng mga kasama namin mga comedian. Tapos episodic siya, iba-ibang kwento, iba-ibang mission. Para iba-ibang experience every week,” he teased.
This isn’t the first time that Coco and Julia have worked together on a project as they have previously starred in several hit series and films. The couple’s first project together was more than a decade ago with Walang Hanggan which was followed by Ikaw Lamang.
Coco and Julia then starred in the 2013 Star Cinema film, A Moment in Time, which was shot at the time Walang Hanggan was still airing on the small screens. Their last pairing on the big screen was the 2024 independent film, Pula.
