Kapuso actress Jillian Ward is not closing her doors on the possibility of sharing a project with professional boxer Eman Bacosa Pacquiao, much to the delight of fans who have been eagerly shipping the pair online.
During her contract renewal with GMA Network’s talent arm Sparkle, Jillian was asked about the possibility of working with Eman, who also signed with the same agency in November last year.

The actress admitted she would welcome the idea, especially if it means spending more time together.
“If that means na mas lagi kaming magkikita, siguro yes, open po ako,” Jillian said.
She went on to describe Eman as someone genuinely kind and supportive, sharing a recent interaction that left a positive impression on her.
“Sobrang bait niya po eh, as in. Kahit this morning, he texted me. Nangamusta siya. So if I’d be working with somebody that supportive, why not?”
Jillian also reflected on the concept of love teams in the entertainment industry, saying her perspective has evolved through the years. While she once preferred to take on projects independently, she now sees value in exploring different dynamics as an actress.
“My opinion on love teams, kasi po, ano ‘yon eh, to each their own. Siyempre kung saan komportable ‘yung isang artista. But personally, when I was younger, gusto ko talaga na — I want to do everything solo. Pero now I’m open to anything. Kasi gusto ko talaga pong matuto pa and maging versatile talaga,” she said.
The growing excitement among fans began in November 2025, when Eman revealed in an interview with Boy Abunda that Jillian was his celebrity crush. Not long after, the two finally met in person at a movie premiere, sparking even more interest among supporters.

Their interactions have since kept netizens buzzing. Earlier this month, Jillian and Eman delighted fans when they joined the viral “Big Guy” TikTok trend together. In the clip, Jillian lip-synced to the song while Eman playfully flexed his muscles behind her.
The video quickly became a massive hit online, racking up 31.1 million views and 2.4 million likes. Fans began speculating whether Eman was the same mystery guy featured in Jillian’s earlier “Big Guy” video. Adding to the intrigue, netizens noticed the initials “JW 🤍” in Eman’s TikTok page bio.
Off social media, the two have also been seen supporting each other in real life. Jillian recently flew to Bohol to watch Eman’s boxing match on February 28, sharing behind-the-scenes moments of the event and the match itself on her Instagram account. One photo captured the pair sharing a hug before the match began.
“My first time watching a boxing match! So happy I got to watch and support our country’s future world champion. 🙏🏻♥️🇵🇭 Laban, Pilipinas!!!,” Jillian wrote.
During the match, Jillian was also spotted seated beside Eman’s mother, Joanna Bacosa, who has been a strong supporter of her son’s boxing journey.
Eman secured a fourth-round victory (8-0-1) over Indonesia’s Reynold Kundimang after knocking his opponent down five times before sealing the win.
