Catriona Gray marked her seventh year as an ambassador for the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).

The former beauty queen took to social media to celebrate the milestone. On her Instagram page, she posted: "Honored to be serving my seventh year as @nccaofficial Arts Ambassador."

Catriona recently participated in ushering the National Arts Month. "To kick off National Arts Month #NAM2026 I had the opportunity to give a message at Centro de Turismo, Intramuros about how our pursuit of art should never be motivated by the number of likes and engagement, but rather be driven by the desire to connect, to express and to create," she shared.

The Miss Universe 2018 added: "Ang daming exciting, upcoming community events this Arts Month be sure to follow @nccaofficial Social Media accounts to stay updated! 🤗 Halina't Maki-Sining!"

Fans online were quick to extend their congratulatory messages to Catriona.

"Sobrang deserve!!! Thank you @nccaofficial 😍," one fan wrote.

"Purposeful queen! 👑" one fan commented.

Catriona was first appointed as an ambassador of the National Commission of Culture and Arts in January 2020.

"Such an honor to be recognized as the 2020 Ambassador for the Arts by the Philippine National Commission of Culture and Arts @nccaofficial," she wrote back in 2020. "I believe artists always create with intention. And in my pursuit to conquer my universe and to achieve my dream I sought to take the opportunity to celebrate our national Philippine heritage, art, history, textiles, music and dance to bring forth a newfound interest in Philippine Arts to the younger generation."

She went on: "It brings me great pride to continue sharing our unique, Filipino heritage in the arts to my universal platform as it has become my advocacy, aside from advocating for education and HIV/AIDS, to advocate for love of country. ❤"

Catriona became an ambassador for the NCCA two years after being crowned Miss Universe.

In January 2024, Catriona became one of the awardees of Beacon of Culture and Arts by the Philippine LEAF Awards.
