“Nako, yung last scene namin grabe pala siya,” she shared.
The Kapamilya star then expressed that she finally understood how others would describe her co-actor as ‘higop king’ when it comes to kissing scenes.
“Oo, higop king! Ganun, grabe,” she quipped.
Ivana then shared that it was the last scene that they shot and after which, she talked to Joshua about it.
“Yun yung last scene talaga namin. Hindi ko alam kaya nga sinabi ko sa kanya, grabe ka naman,” she recalled.
She then admitted that she felt kilig about the scene as she has a crush on him but maintained that at the end of the day, they are professional actors that had to shoot a scene and nothing more.
“Syempre, crush ko yun no, pero professional pa rin,” she ended.
Love Is Never Gone was shot in the country of Morocco–– the first Filipino teleserye to film in the North African country. Under Dreamscape Entertainment, Ivana and Joshua’s series is a story of love and survival which will be aired this 2026.
A teaser trailer of the upcoming series was released by Dreamscape Entertainment several weeks ago which showed how the two stars met in Morocco. Joshua then asked Ivana to surrender to the authorities–– leaving the audience asking and wanting for more.
This will be the first time that Ivana and Joshua will pair up in a series and netizens have been raving all about it on social media. Prior to Love Is Never Gone, Joshua previously starred in the Philippine adaptation of It’s Okay To Not Be Okay and the hit 2025 film, Meet, Greet & Bye. Meanwhile, Ivana was last seen in FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.
