MANILA -- Online personality Bea Borres, who is five months pregnant, said signs from God changed her decision about having an abortion.
In the vlog of Toni Gonzaga, Borres, 22, admitted that she was in the United States when she initially thought of terminating her pregnancy.
Borres admitted that she asked God if He was truly real and that His "signs" surprised her.

The first sign was when she was told by the nurse at the clinic that she can't push through with the abortion.
“Actually umabot po sa point na nandoon na po talaga ako sa clinic. I was going through the tests and everything. It took an hour, nandoon ako nakaupo. And then, after everything, biglang may pumasok, tapos sinabi niya na lang na 'you can't push through with this.' So unang pumasok sa isip ko 'iba Ka talaga ,nagpapakita Ka talaga," recalled Borres.
"May reason naman [why I can't push through with the termination], pero mas tineyk ko siya na sign."
The second sign, according to Borres, happened when she was en route from Los Angeles to New York City and the woman seated next to her started talking to her.
“I was crying sa plane. I was so lost. I know naman na if I push through with my pregnancy, kaya ko pa rin and my baby will grow up full of love. It's just that hindi mawawala 'yung thoughts na what if," Borres said.
“Tapos katabi ko was a white lady na very liberal siya. Tapos I think nag-kick in 'yung maternal instincts niya, wala akong balak siyang kausapin then she talked to me. She was like, 'What's happening? Are you okay?' Sabi ko 'I'm just really sad because I'm actually pregnant and here in America, women have a choice. But where I’m from, it’s not really talked about. that much.' The first thing she said was, ‘Oh well, you know what they say: Babies are blessings from God.' Second sign,” Borres shared.

The third sign occurred while she was taking a rest after shopping with her friend.
"Hindi ako nagbibiro as in nakatunganga lang ako sa bench, sa chair tapos biglang may lumapit sa akin na girl na parang from a Christian women's organization. Sabi niya, 'So if you are going through something and you need support, help and guidance from the Lord, we are here and you can contact as anytime.' ... I was like hala nakatunganga na nga ako. Actually ini-schedule ko na 'yung pagbalik ko [sa clinic] tapos biglang may lalapit sa akin na ganoon, tapos babae pa. Sabi ko, 'Ano ba 'yan, ang galing Mo naman,'" she said.
“Parang I was so speechless but at the same time sinasabi ko sa utak ko na 'ah hindi Niya ako papabayaan. Magiging okay kami ng babay ko. Wala akong dapat katakutan and I should continue with it [the pregnancy],” she said.
Despite these signs, Borres admitted that she was still worried. She said her acceptance happened when her close friend Andrea Brillantes sent her a text message.
“Dito na talaga ako nagsabi na sobrang sakto talaga ng timing. Si Blythe (Brillantes) she texted me, she's also going through something. And then, ako naman umiiyak ako kasi I'm going through a breakup, tapos she texted me na 'Bea, sana girl ang baby mo, tapos ang name niya Hope.' Actually 'yon po ang name ng baby ko victorious Hope. And because of that text parang na-feel ko na ay may name na siya, so iki-keep ko na ito. Tapos nagkaroon din ako talaga ng hope na hindi pa mag-e-end 'yung life ko. And mas naging accepting ako," she said.
"Kaya ever since kahit hindi ko pa alam 'yung gender ay Hope na talaga ang name ko for my baby. Hope, kasi I was at rock bottom I feel and I know sa sinabi ko sa public ko, punong-puno na po ako ng hope ngayon. Hope na everything will be okay na ibigay talaga si ni God sa akin kasi may reason siya hindi basta-basta lang. Kahit na wala akong partner at wala akong kasama, I know that everything will be okay po," she added.
Borres was ecstatic when she finally revealed for the first time that the full name of her baby girl is Victoria Hope.
“Victory is hope kasi 'di ba siyempre kapag nilagyan mo ng action 'yung hope hindi ba victorious siya. Finally may na-reveal ako na galing sa akin.”
Borres said she announced her pregnancy after she broke up with her boyfriend.
