Not one to rest on his achievements in the industry, Chito Miranda and his wife Neri Miranda have been known to invest in multiple businesses in various locations all over the country. Apart from owning restaurants, they also own various kinds of establishments including vacation rental units. In his Instagram post last June 6, Chito shared a photo of him with his family enjoying some time at the beach.
In his post, the Parokya ni Edgar frontman shared that he has units of various sizes in the resort available for rent. He wrote, “Naging brown ‘yung tubig sa Pico dahil sa lakas ng alon.🤟🏽😂 Normally, kalmado at bughaw ang kulay ng tubig sa Pico de Loro...pero nung nagpunta kami a few days ago, naging brown dahil sa lakas ng hangin at alon. Ayun...sobrang enjoy yung mga kids (including me✌🏼😅)
Anyway, available yung mga units namin kung trip nyo din mag-Pico.

In a previous interview with Magandang Buhay, Chito shared how it was really his wife Neri who inspired him to become more interested in business ventures. “Kasi sobrang conservative ko when it comes to investments and businesses. Because of her, sobrang laking bagay talaga. Kasi all I knew ay pagbabanda tapos ang investment ko kumbaga wala akong ibang gustong gawin kung hindi magbanda at 'yung investment ko ay passive lang. Pero because of her, ngayon ang saya. Lagi talaga akong nagpapasalamat na 'salamat pinilit mo akong mag-rest house, pinilit mo akong mag-invest, mag-ganyan' kasi malakas talaga ang loob niya," he shared in a 2023 episode of the daytime show.
