Canadian singer Justin Bieber apologized to his wife, Hailey Bieber, earlier this week following the latter making the cover of Vogue. In his post, the pop artist shared how he was “sadly mistaken” about his wife’s ability to land on the cover of the fashion magazine.
He has since then edited his caption but fans and several American news sites had already kept a record of his earlier statement.
Justin shared in his previous caption how he had a “huge fight” with his wife and blurted out some words he didn’t mean to say because he “felt so disrespected” that he wanted to get even.
“Yo this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight. I told Hails that she would never be on the cover of Vogue, Yikes I know, so mean. For some reason because I felt so disrespected I thought I gotta get even,” he wrote.
“I think as we mature we realize we’re not helping anything by getting even. We’re honestly just prolonging what we really want, which is intimacy and connection,” he continued.
The Canadian pop star then finished his Instagram post with a public apology to Hailey for his comment.
“So, baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn’t get a 'Vogue' cover cuz clearly i was sadly mistaken,” he ended.
His earlier caption has led to mixed reactions from his fans who have voiced out their opinions in the comment section. Justin has since then edited his caption and removed all his words–– replacing them all with emojis.
“🤷🫵🏻🫶🏼🥹,” his newly captioned post went.

Meanwhile, Hailey opened up about her marriage and motherhood in her interview with Vogue. She expressed the challenges she had to face–– from giving birth up to dealing with postpartum issues.
“Giving birth was the hardest thing I’ve ever done… That sh*t was so crazy. That was not fun. They broke my water. I went into labor and I labored for a few hours. No epidural, nothing,” she told Vogue.
