Kristel Fulgar's boyfriend, Ha Su-hyuk, recently traveled to the Philippines to meet the family of the actress.
Kristel’s brother, Allan, along with his family, flew in from abroad for a vacation in the Philippines. Su-hyuk, who also visited the country, had the opportunity to meet not only Allan but also Kristel’s grandmother, aunt, niece, and sister-in-law. He had previously been introduced to Kristel’s mother.
"My brother is finally meeting Su-hyuk," Kristel shared in her latest YouTube vlog, marking the long-awaited introduction.
Upon his arrival, Su-hyuk expressed how much he had missed Kristel during their time apart. "I missed you so much. I waited for so long," he told her.
The couple also spent quality time with Kristel’s niece, Emilia, taking her to an indoor playground for a fun-filled day.
Reflecting on the heartwarming reunion, Kristel expressed her happiness. "My heart overflows with joy as I watch my loved ones gathered together," she said.
Fans online were quick to react to Kristel's vlog.
"It only shows how serious & sincere Su-hyuk is. He really finds time in meeting the family of Kristel. He's a gem. I'm praying that this will lead to lifetime commitment/lifelong partnership with God's blessing," one fan commented.

It was in November 2024, when Kristel announced that Su-hyuk is now her boyfriend.
In a previous vlog last year, the actress shared that it was in 2023 when she first met Su-hyuk.
"Meron akong friend na pinakilala sa akin si Su-hyuk. Matagal na siya dito sa Korea nakatira at kilala niya si Su-hyuk na mabait and that friend kilalang-kilala rin ako and that friend alam niya rin 'yung personality ko, and alam niya rin kung ano ang gusto ko sa guy and so siya 'yung nagpakilala sa aming dalawa," she recalled.
Kristel described meeting Su-hyuk for the first time as "magical."
"And then 'yung una pa lang namin pagkakakilala para talagang super magical. Hindi ko ma-explain. Swak kami sa values, pareho kaming very respectful, pareho kaming conservative. 'Yung approach niya sa dating very classic and 'yun din talaga ang gusto ko sa guy," she said.
She further recalled: "And then marami na kaming na-share sa isa't isa and then sabi ko talaga sa sarili ko na alam mo kung totoo lahat ng sinabi niya sa akin. Sobrang okay na itong guy na 'to ah. Jackpot na ako dito ah... Hanggang sa nakilala ko 'yung family and friends niya. Lahat naman tugma."
The two became a couple after Su-hyuk was baptized to become a member of Kristel's church, Iglesia ni Cristo (INC).
Kristel highlighted that waiting for the right time to be in a relationship was worth it. "Sobrang worth the wait lahat ng bagay. Hindi ko pinagsisihan na siya 'yung first boyfriend ko at 29 years old. May goal kasi ako and diniscuss ko rin sa kanya na gusto ko 'yung first boyfriend ko, siya rin 'yung maging last ko. And hopefullly gusto niya 'yun matupad," she stated.
