In the artwork that Ellen received, the word MALAYA could be seen, which she took as a sign from the universe. She maintained that she didn’t even tell her friend about the separation she had been thinking about which made it more emotional for her.
“During the beginning of my whole separation, I kept asking the universe for signs… just to know if I was doing the right thing. And out of nowhere, Lynyrd messages me (without knowing anything I was going through),” she shared.
“Then this arrived. I cried. That was the sign. Malaya,” she continued.
The celebrity mom shared how emotional she and her house helpers have been after seeing the artwork. Apart from the first artwork, Ellen received another one from her friend as well which contained the phrase, "I can, I will, I must."
“Grabe, we all cried–– pati mga yaya ko–– lahat kami nangilabot,” she wrote.

It was back in November when Ellen revealed to the public the alleged infidelity of Derek. She shared several screenshots and how recently she found out about the whole thing which caused her to part ways with her husband.
“As much as I’d want to reveal who this girl is, I cannot. My lawyers advised me not to–– I can get into trouble. To clarify, she is not an ex-girlfriend. She’s, I think, a side chick. So not an ex-girlfriend–– kawawa naman ‘yung mga ex-girlfriends niya. Walang kinalaman. But yeah, I know this girl has always been there. They’ve been friends for decades and she’s always been there,” she previously shared.
