Actress and SexBomb Girls member Sunshine Garcia shared how she is still in disbelief by the success of their two-day reunion concert. In an Instagram post, the celebrity dancer admitted how doubtful they were during the planning stage of the show as they didn’t know if they could do it.
The SexBomb Girls successfully held a two-day concert at the Araneta Coliseum and Mall of Asia Arena. On the second day, they announced that another concert day will be added and the date will be announced soon.

“Hanggang ngayon umiiyak pa din ako hindi ko alam sobrang saya ng puso ko. Lagi nila sinasabi na sobrang sikat kami dati, pero hindi namin naramdaman yun. Sugal itong ginawa naming concert, kahit kami nag doubt kung kakayanin pa namin,” she admitted.
“Lord thank you kasi alam namin na tinulungan mo kami dito binigay mo yung mga tamang tao sa amin,” she continued.
It was revealed during the concert that members of the iconic OPM girl group were the ones who produced their show as no producers wanted to do it.
Sunshine then shared how this reunion concert is one of her “happy moments” as they opened the chapter of their lives for dancing once more–– something that she thought has long ended due to their personal lives.
“Tuwing nakakakita ako ng mga concert na punong puno ng mga tao, naiisip ko kung paano kami dati 'Ganyan din kami nuon' tapos maiisip ko na TAPOS na pala kami sa chapter na yun may kanya kanya na kaming buhay naghiwa-hiwalay ng walang closure walang huling sayaw na magkakasama,” she wrote.

She then expressed her gratitude towards everyone who made the concert possible by the end of her post. She made sure to note how the SexBomb Girls went all out despite having no talent fee and just showed up for their love for dancing.
“Sa SB Girls sobrang thank you hindi mabubuo ito kung wala kayo. Yung effort ng bawat isa, mag rerehearse, gigising ng maaga para makapag promote kahit walang TF sobra kaming nagpapasalamat sa inyo,” she maintained.
“MARAMING SALAMAT SA LAHAT! WE DID IT,” she ended.
