Back in the country after working on her international projects for the past few months, Dolly de Leon made it back just in time to attend the first Zeenfluential Awards 2025 which honored personalities like her, Kathryn Bernardo, SB19, and Alex Eala, among others during their inaugural event held last November 20 in Pasay City.
During the event, Dolly shared how happy she was to be back home with her family. “I’m really just looking forward to spending time with my family. Na-miss ko sila eh. Matagal akong nawala, three months. I look forward to just hanging out with the kids,” she said.

During that night, Dolly was given the Zeenfluential Voice Award for giving inspiration and to the youth. “I am just so overwhelmed to be here. It is filled with so many talented people. Grabe, nakaka-inspire kayo. I’m just so honored to be sharing the same space as all of you guys. And I cannot wait to see the future of art in our country because of you. And as you know, you can’t do anything alone. I have so many people to thank. It’s the people who are so supportive of me, who are behind me, CreaZion Studios thank you,” Dolly shared during her acceptance speech.

Staying true to the event’s Y2K glam-inspired theme, Dolly arrived early at the ZEENfluential Awards red carpet in a self-styled faux leather outfit which channeled her inner rocker. “During the Y2K, I was doing teleseryes and I was also hosting parties, children’s parties. I was also raising my kids. So madami, madami akong ginagawa nung 2000s,” she recalled.
The 56-year-old mother of four also said that one of the roles she would love to do in the future if given a chance would be to play a drummer in a rock band.
During her exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN, Dolly also talked about her unconventional job as a children’s party host. “Kasi that’s a big part of the theater culture eh. Parang isa yan sa mga side hustles namin, hosting children’s parties. I think the most difficult part about it was handling mga kids that weren’t really following our instructions (laughs). Pero basically it was easy lang naman, it was fun,” she admitted.
As she gears up as part of the cast of the upcoming dark comedy thriller show on Apple TV+ titled Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed, Dolly shared some how she keeps herself grounded despite her rising fame. “I just focus on the work, that’s mainly it. Just focus on the job and it’s about doing what I love and just focusing on that. And for me, at the end of the day, it’s just about doing what I love. That’s it,” she said.
