Actress Claudine Barretto set social media buzz after posting a sweet photo with Milano Sanchez, the younger brother of veteran broadcaster Korina Sanchez.
On Thursday, October 30, Claudine took to Instagram to share a picture of herself and Milano. In the photo, the actress can be seen hugging Milano while standing behind him. Milano can be seen seated while smiling and covering part of his face.
Claudine captioned: “Can you really wait??? No matter how long??? No one will break me?Swear? onalim_zehcnas 🥰,” tagging Milano’s private account. The actress also added Jose Mari Chan’s classic love song “Can We Just Stop and Talk a While” as background music.
Adding more fuel to the dating rumors, Milano replied in the comments with a one-word response: “ABSOLUTELY...”
The post instantly drew speculation about a possible romance between the two. Fans quickly flooded the comment section with supportive messages, expressing excitement over the pair’s sweet exchange.

Claudine seemed to hint at something more when she reposted a fan-made collage of Milano’s photos on her Instagram stories.
Claudine’s public sharing of her love life comes after the statements made by her mother, Inday Barretto, in an interview with Ogie Diaz on October 19.

Notably, it was in September when Claudine reintroduced herself publicly as “Claudine Barretto-Yan,” in appreciation of the daughterly love and relationship she has with the family of her late former partner, Rico Yan. In the post, she shared a video montage of her sweet memories with Rico and reflected on her journey over the years, her relationship with Rico’s family, and the special place Rico will always hold in her heart.
“Medyo nakakapagmove-on na ako. Na-accept ko na wala na siya; hindi siya babalik. Sa susunod na buhay, magkikita kami. Doon, matutuloy ‘yun,” she said in the video.

As of this writing, Claudine and Milano have yet to officially confirm the dating rumors.
