Alas Pilipinas Men ended Group B action in the indoor men's volleyball competition of the 33rd Southeast Asian Games on a losing note.
This, as defending champion and in-form Indonesia defeated the Nationals in a way of a 17-25, 25-27, 24-26 sweep, Tuesday in Thailand.

Regardless of the results today, they are still going to the semifinals by virtue of Indonesia's win over Myanmar, 25-15, 25-22, 25-19, on Monday.
The Philippines will be facing the winner between the Thailand-Vietnam bout in the semifinals, scheduled for Thursday, December 18.
This still marks the national team's return to the Final Four, after missing it in the last two editions of the sporting meet.
The last time the Philippines was in the semifinals was in 2019, where it took the silver medal on home soil.
