MANILA – Decorated middle blocker Risa Sato has officially found her new Premier Volleyball League (PVL) home.
Sato, who was with 10-time PVL champion squad Creamline for six years, was welcomed by the Chery Tiggo Crossovers on Wednesday in a social media post.

"Yōkoso Risa-san. To our newest addition to our growing family, Welcome. Your skills and energy are a game-changer, and we can’t wait to have you on the court with us," the welcome post read.
A photo circulated on social media earlier this year, suggesting that Sato was already with Chery Tiggo as she shared what appeared to be a lunch with the Crossovers.
Sato will bolster a current top four Chery Tiggo at 4-2, joining the likes of Aby Maraño, Cza Carandang, and Seth Rodriguez to fortify an already formidable net defense.
Sato's debut as a Crossover could take place on January as Chery Tiggo faces the Petro Gazz Angels at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig City.
