MANILA – World Cup players Jaclyn Sawicki, Katrina Guillou and Isabella Flanigan headline Team Philippines in the inaugural FIFA Women's Futsal World Cup hosted by the country this month.
Sawicki, Guillou and Flanigan were part of the Philippine Women's National Football Team that made history at the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.
The three players are expected to lead the Filipina5 coached by Rafael Merino.

World no. 63 Philippines will face off with higher-ranked teams world no. 14 Poland, world no. 31 Morocco and world no. 6 Argentina in Group A.
Joining the three are fellow Filipinas players Shai del Campo, Dionesa Tolentin, and Charisa Lemoran.
PFF Women's League players Lanie Ortillo, Isabella Bandoja, and Rocelle Mendaño are also in the squad.
Samantha Hughes and Kayla Santiago will be manning the goal for the Filipina5 in the tournament.
Overseas-based players Cathrine Graversen and Judy Connolly, as well as Far Eastern University's Regine Rebosora complete the list.
A total of 16 teams from around the world will compete at the first-ever FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup.
The Philippines will kick off its campaign against Poland on November 21.
The tournament will run from November 21 to December 7 at the Philsports Arena in Pasig City.
