MANILA (UPDATED) -- The wait for a second global title continues for Paper Rex.

LEVIATÁN edged out PRX, 3-2, in the VALORANT Masters London grand final to lift the organization's first international trophy in its first appearance on the biggest stage.

The South American squad become the youngest team and the first LatAm organization to win a Masters title. The loss of PRX is their second bridesmaid finish this year after crashing out to Nongshim RedForce (NS) in Masters Santiago.

PRX opened the grand final strongly on Fracture, taking control early and never looking back. Led by clutch plays from Jason "f0rsakeN" Susanto, Khalish "d4v41" Rusyaidee, and Wang Jing Jie or "Jinggg" -- including a spectacular triple kill with his ultimate ability. PRX overwhelmed LEV to secure a dominant 13-2 win.

LEV responded to Split by changing its strategy, with Eduardo "Sato" switching to Phoenix. After a tightly contested first half that ended 6-6, LEVIATÁN took over after the break, winning seven of the next eight rounds to claim the map 13-6 and level the series.

Breeze remained close throughout, with both teams trading momentum. PRX recovered an early deficit before d4v41 delivered crucial late-round plays to help the team edge out a 13-11 victory, moving within one map of the championship.

Ascent proved to be another back-and-forth battle. Although PRX held a narrow halftime lead, LEV fought back behind standout performances from spike, eventually winning 13-10 to force a deciding fifth map.

The championship came down to Lotus, where LEV took control of the opening rounds. Sato and Guilherme "blowz" Oliviera delivered key plays to build an early advantage, while PRX struggled to find answers as the series slipped away.

LEVIATÁN closed out Lotus, 13-5, to defeat Paper Rex, 3-2, and claim the organization's first-ever VALORANT Masters title. Spike starred in the final two maps, finishing the series with 19 first kills, a 213 ACS, and a 23% KAST to lead LEV to the championship.

PRX will see action once again in the Esports World Cup on July 9 to 12, followed by the 2026 VCT Pacific: Stage 2 on July 16.
