President Donald Trump became the first sitting U.S. president to attend a Super Bowl, entering the Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana on Sunday to a mix of cheers and boos.
Trump first arrived and greeted families and the victims of the New Orleans attack as well as police officers and first responders, before watching the game from a box in the center of the stadium, along with members of his family and a slew of Republican lawmakers who accompanied him on Air Force One, including Senators Lindsey Graham, Dave McCormick, and Katie Britt.
The two-time defending champions Kansas City Chiefs are taking on the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.
